The breakfast was very good. The hotel also features a spa complex. my room included all necessary equipment. the staff demonstrated friendliness.
The dinner options did not meet my expectations. The set menu felt limited. the menu remained the same each day, impacting my dining experience.

The tea and coffee in my room had a small amount of milk provided each day. I would have liked more milk.

The hotel is central, near public transportation. The room was very clean. The hotel provides a 10% discount to residents at the restaurant, I found the food delicious. The room decor was traditional.
The sink area in the bathroom was small! though the shower was good.

The rooms were spacious with traditional decor. All clean and well maintained (i appreciate this a lot). Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant provided delicious food with good service at reasonable prices.
One security man didn't smile or speak much, this made us a bit uncomfortable. I think a warmer greeting would improve the experience.

The beds were really comfortable (I slept like a baby!). The Wenceslas Square is also conveniently located about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I also appreciated the super smiley services from the staff. IT WAS amazing.
The tea and coffee provided in the room was quite limited. There was only a tiny amount of milk left each day. The water was frequently not as hot as I liked, BUT i did tell reception about it.
